Cozy Cozy

We got a HUGE dumping of snow over the weekend.  It's kind of ridiculous how much there is!  I was starting to think we had come to end of the winter.  Sadly, NO.

Anyhow, with it so cold and wet outside, I'm spending today inside dreaming about this gorgeous cozy den to curl and read in!

Coffee Table Love

Hope you are all enjoying your Monday off!  In addition to sleeping in, we're gonna run some errands, hit up the dog park and maybe see about spending some leftover Christmas gift cards.  I wish I had one for Urban Barn  as I am not so secretly coveting this beaut

They actually have the whole set of end tables, sideboard, dining table, etc.  But I would totally be fine with just this one piece for our basement.

It's even on sale right now... Unfortunately, I can't seem to justify picking it up seeing as we don't even have flooring or drywall down there.

But I will be keeping tabs on it, just in case they decide to discontinue it.

Update!

Egads! It's been a rough month! Mom has been very sick and was just released from the hospital yesterday. She had some very serious surgery last week and things were looking pretty bleak for a while there, but we seem to be up and running again so my apologies. Hope all is well.

Needless to say, in taking care of others, our place has become a litle neglected :( Especially with Cory not having had a day off in a whole MONTH. We are finally getting around to celebrating Valentine's Day tonight with dinner and a hockey game since we managed to score tickets!

We've got a rather busy weekend ahead as we'll be driving mom back tomorrow and tons of errands to run but I am hoping to get some shopping done next week and finally get completed a project 3 years in the making!
