Pretty little thing - April

I'm not sure if I ever shared my favorite Christmas gift with you... Cory got me a watch that I'd had an eye on for a while and I absolutely LOVE it.

The strange part was that I asked for it, and I hadn't worn a watch in almost 5 years!!! Now, I am checking them out all the time and have a whole bunch more on my wish list!

What I love so much about this one is that its sooo different. The tortoisheshell and the gold are so perfect together. Especially considering I never thought I'd ever wear gold jewelery cause someone told me it clashed with my skin tone once. Guess it's true when they say to trust your gut :)

1st Easter

My nephew was born on Easter last year, so this weekend was the first year we could shower him with gifts. I had a ton of fun doing so. Especially since we were celebrating his bday early as well since he was in town and all.

Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well and just so busy so there weren't many photos taken but I did manage to snag this one of him with my phone. Love it! Hope you all had a great weekend!
