Exciting News!

As you may recall, I lost my Full-time job back in February.  Since then, I have been very fortunate that my Part-time job was able to give me extra shifts, a girl I work occasionally for had some work for me, and I was able to pick up two separate government contracts to tide me over.  Unfortunately, I was still making far less than I was used to....

But I officially accepted an offer today for a new full-time position!  I will once again be doing Construction Administration for a Residential Homebuilder, which was what I was hoping to find.  I can't even express how happy and excited I am.  That also means that my schedule will go back to being regulated and I will officially be looking at investing in my own web address and re-branding(?) in the next couple months as I'd like to re-invest some time and money into my blog and bring it back to what it was for me when I started it:  a place to share and inspire.

While today was officially supposed to be my official First Day of Work, there was a bit of a mix-up in the office (that's what happens when someone accepts a position on a Saturday...) and the gal who is to train me, wasn't in today, so I filled out my paperwork and got the rest of the day off.  I am using the day to clean the house, work around the yard and work on blog posts for the rest of the week!

I look forward to sharing more with you soon, now that my life will be back to "Normal".

In the meantime, here's a shot of some of my gorgeous lilac bushes!!
